SJS Trading Co is the official Australian importer of Element Optics. By accessing or using any such website (“Site”), you accept these Terms and Conditions and SJS Trading Co’s Privacy Policy in full. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms and Conditions, you must not use the Site.
Prices displayed on the Site are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
All orders placed are subject to confirmation and acceptance by SJS Trading Co.
The prices of products and delivery and other charges displayed on the website are current at the time of issue, however, SJS Trading Co reserves the right to change prices at any time.
The SJS Trading Co retains the right to reject your offer of purchase for any reason. These may include but will not be limited to the unavailability of any product, an error in your order, or an error in the product description or price posted on the website.
Please check your order carefully before submitting. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your personal details. In the event of an error, please contact SJS Trading Co as soon as possible to rectify.
You must pay for the goods by credit card or PayPal account. If the name on the credit card/payment card/account does not match the name on the order, you may be asked to provide additional information.
Goods will not be dispatched until your payment has cleared. If your payment cannot be processed, you will be contacted by phone or email to resolve this issue. SJS Trading Co reserves the right to cancel the order if full payment cannot be made.
Shipping is currently FREE within Australia for product purchased from this Site. The goods will be dispatched to you on a standard service. Priority delivery/express delivery can be arranged on request for an additional cost to you. Risk and title of the product(s) passes to you on the date and time of delivery of the product(s) to the delivery address provided in your order.
All Element Optics products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality without a major failure.
If you are not satisfied with your Element Optics purchase from SJS Trading Co, you must contact SJS Trading Co within 30 days from the date of purchase to advise. After 30 days, all sales are final and return or exchange will not an option.
The complete product, in its original packaging, in new condition, is required to return or exchange the product (if the product is not in the original packaging, additional charges may apply).
These guarantees don’t cover products damaged due to abuse, misuse, normal wear, or excessive wear caused by neglect of general service requirements due to owner’s failure to provide reasonable and necessary care.
Arising from use of any of Element Optics products, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SJS Trading Co and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, manufacturers, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand including reasonable lawyers’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
This Site may contain links to third party websites. Those links are provided for convenience and do not constitute any form of endorsement by SJS Trading Co of the linked sites. Your linking to any other such site is entirely at your own risk.
You must not misuse this Site. Misuse includes but is not limited to knowingly introducing spyware, viruses or other material which is malicious or harmful or damaging in any way.
